Cooling her Heels



Here's what this old horn dawg thinks..that is, here are a few of my "truths":

(1) High heels on almost any woman are attractive!

(2) High heels on a beautiful woman are astoundingly attractive!

(3) Any woman who care enough to go through the pain and discomfort to wear high heels in public -- and care enough about herself to look fashionable -- deserves my sincere appreciation.

(4) Melania Trump is the most beautiful First Lady this country ever and that includes the ditzy, drugged out, grasping Jackie Kennedy Onassis!

(5) #1 and #2 are automatically suspended for any shrieking liberal woman who either screams about how high heels are sexist and/or screams about anything else in pursuit of their liberal beliefs.

Anyway, it seems that the Militant Media has come down with a fit of the vapors because our First Lady chose to travel to Houston with the President and, after hitting the ground wearing a baseball cap and sneakers, dressed up a little bit by donning those lovely skyscraper heels she always wears. And, predicably, the press and the Trump's critics went ape-shit. Cue the butt-hurt:


Of course, the Pro-Trump blogs all came to Melania's support, their principal rebuttal being the natural comparison of Melania to the former First Wookie which conjured up some new images of the gracelessness of that stevedore-armed creature. Here in no special order is the latest harvest.







Of course, the Wookie isn't the only heavy hitter on the other team. Some women got it and other women got too much of it.



In the picture above, if Loretta Lynch ever wore high heels like Melania's, they'd have to lay out those steel road plates that highway departments use or else she'd punch through the ground to the earth's core.

And, admittedly, there was some funny stuff that came out of this incident re how Melania might have been a little better prepared.



But I think she did damn well..and kept herself high and dry!

As a side note, that little prick from Cheeseland is in the position he's in because LESS THAN 400,000 dickheads voted for him and the RNC and other comfy, cozy GOPe outfits bankrolls this guy against any and all comers. If EACH of the 64 million who voted for Trump contributed ONE DOLLAR, we could build a war chest to bankroll candidates to primary all of the RINO dickheads we please and get the government we want.

When I bolted from Hot Air after Captain Ed stuffed their original system (used since 2003) for the diabolical FaceBook commenting system, I encountered Disqus and -- while it lacked some features -- it more than made up for it by allowing one to edit their comments to clean up the crapola and grammatical mistakes often made in the heat of the moment.

I am really not interested in any higher traffic and I am sure I will get slammed by spam, but with retirement coming up, I will learn to moderate and weed out, one can be sure!

Ouch!


Aside from the fact that this retard now dwells in his own basement, is reduced to the role of rank amateur producer of pathetically lame You Tube videos, and clearly did not complete any finishing school where they taught manners, I would love to hear exactly how Secretary DeVos accomplishes the requisite sexual act on her 85-year-old mother to achieve the appellation Olbermann ascribes to her.

..or maybe it's OK to prowl around and prey on other peoples' mothers? Who knows? Maybe the she'll come over to your place, Keith, and see if your mother would be a willing recipient of her..um..str*pon affections? If your mother declines, then perhaps she could head on down to the basement and take you by force.

Ouch!

I post this shit in response to some stories Jim Hoft runs over on TGP and they get no up-votes while other more pedestrian remarks I make get the crap upvoted out of them. So, I finally get it. People have a limited vocabulary.

Woodsterman Stopped By Today..


Every once in a while, you cross paths with buddies from the past and, while the friends of this thankfully remote corner of the internet has had some, they are few but astonishingly faithful. At first when I started out in 2009 because we were saddled with that abortive Lawn Jockey POTUS, I fired this spot up in the hopes that there would be massive traffic and comments and it would become one of the watering holes for the old "New Right" standing up in defiance of the slime in D.C. that rule our pathetic lives.

At first there was hearty band of regulars -- who even met once in a while (all too infrequently) -- but as the Obama years dragged on, it dwindled down to three or four. LL is a rather good author and former member of an acronymed, clandestine organization who did mysterious things for our government off budget and in the dark. Under pain of death or broken kneecaps that's all I can say except that I am very grateful for his visits.

Fredd is an Oregon Dux fan and OU grad who comes by from time to time and we exchange banter about The Dux versus Da Brunze (I am a graduate of UCLA) and it's kind of fun. Although, to tell the truth, it's a school that muddles on athletically despite having a prime location (Los Angeles), a huge budget, superior facilities and stadium (they play their games in the rose Bowl, fer chrissakes) because their AD hires and keeps truly mediocre coaches. Thus the legend of the "gutty little Bruin", alive in my days of attendance, has transmogrified into B-class recruits who are under-coached and therefore underachieve. Case in point, this fall will be "Mora-the-same" with a 6-and-something season and an appearance in something like the The Inland Kenworth Tidy Bowl against some other 6-and-someting underachiever and it will be a snoozefest that UCLA will lose.

But I prattle.

Also in this minute assemblage is the redoubtable Woodsterman who stopped by today to "borrow" some my work. I bade him to help himself and was flattered. I mean, it was like Rembrandt asking me to provide some insight into how I achieved the lushly dark room interior effects in my paintings or Van Gogh borrowing a line from Shakespeare and asking me to "lend him an ear". (It's a joke..)

I wandered over to Woodsterman's blog (had not been there in a while) and rekindled my amazement of how truly and robustly funny it was. It is a raucous, undisciplined collection of images, bromides, memes, ribald humor, rife with innuendo and double entendre, downright risque humor with tantalizing, half-nekkid females. You get the drill. I shall be visiting more frequently once again now that retirement is hard upon the morrow.

HER DIARY
Tonight I thought my husband was acting weird. We had made plans to meet at a bar to have a drink. I was shopping with my friends all day long so I thought he was upset at the fact that I was a bit late, but he made no comment on it.

Conversation wasn't flowing, so I suggested that we go somewhere quiet so we could talk. He agreed, but he didn't say much. I asked him what was wrong; he said, 'Nothing.' I asked him if it was my fault that he was upset. He said he wasn't upset, that it had nothing to do with me, and not to worry about it.

On the way home, I told him that I loved him. He smiled slightly, and kept driving. I can't explain his behavior. I don't know why he didn't say, 'I love you, too.' When we got home, I felt as if I had lost him completely, as if he wanted nothing to do with me anymore. He just sat there quietly, and watched TV. He continued to seem distant and absent.

Finally, with silence all around us, I decided to go to bed. About 15 minutes later, he came to bed. To my surprise, he responded to my caress, and we made love. But I still felt that he was distracted, and his thoughts were somewhere else.

He fell asleep - I cried. I don't know what to do. I'm almost sure that his thoughts are with someone else. My life is a disaster.

I mean, over on The Gateway Pundit, folks are acting like they have glimpsed the Sweet Meteor of Death and have gone so far as to declare themselves over and done with Trump.

Really? I mean, really?

Here we are, not yet ten months into trump's first term and you're giving up that easily? Kinda reminds me of this guy:


Funny that they did not seem to be so despondent on November 8th when 62 million of us kicked Hillary and her asshole cabal to the curb. And they were exultant when Trump was inaugurated on January 20th, proclaiming that -- with a snap of The Donald's fingers -- the swamp would be drained. So here it is entering the last week of August and the vermin, snakes, insects, and pond scum that comprise the swamp have risen up and are fighting desperately to hang onto the turf that was theirs for the last -- what? -- eight, sixteen, or fifty years depending on how you call it.

You should read this essay in its entirety. Paine not only laments the "Summer Soldier and Sunshine Patriot" but he goes on to describe Revolutionary affairs to date -- fully a year and a half after the first shots were fired at Lexington and Concord and the Battle of Bunker Hill two months after -- including the first battlefield defeats and the low points that the Continental Army was experiencing. And they had not even had to endure the travails of Valley Forge nor had they even reached the acknowledged turning point of the war -- the battle of Saratoga -- which was to come just a little under a year later. The ultimate victory would not come for four years after Saratoga. And yet the small army and only one-third of the colonists favored the struggle against one of the mightiest military and naval powers in the world.

Today, we have arguably half of the people in this nation who were brave enough to defy the swamp creatures back in November and wanted to start a revolution against the political swamp that is D.C. politics. Yet, now, some wilt now just because a couple of Trump's staff decide to take their war against the swamp creatures public and without the fetters and strict Rules Of Engagement that accrues to being part of the administration?

Styx on the Reality of Reality

I can hear everyone now, "There goes old War Planner; never had an original thought".

Well, I submit to you that -- outside of Adam and Eve or the man-ape who slew all the other man-apes at the waterhole with the thigh bone of a tapir -- no one on the face of the earth had an original thought (And even the man-ape had to touch the monolith first.) But folks like Da Vinci, Newton, Einstein, Fermi, Edison, and Weird Al Yankovic (the famed accordion player), stood on the shoulders of giants and midgets to get where they were.

But enough of going down that rabbit hole in defense of my questionable intellect.


Styx posits something very interesting here and it does address one of the more fascinating aspects of the current popular political scene. (Here I break from the main theme of Styx's video.) As we endured the reign of the Boy King and Lawn Jockey POTUS who received daily tongue baths from the adoring media (while on several occasions kicking them in the gonads), it became apparent that these modern day version of Emperor Tiberius's "little Fishes" gratefully covered for their idol, bestowing many favors upon him.
Emperor Tiberius (reigned A.D. 4 - 37) holds that dubious honor. According to his biographer Suetonius, in later life, Tiberius built himself a porn central on Capri. There, youngsters performed elaborate daisy-chains of sexual acts, the emperor by turns voyeur and participant. Even grosser activities took place in his bathing pools, where toddlers were trained to nibble and fellate him underwater. The old perv called them “his little fishes.”
But, as the possibility of a Trump victory began budding up in their garden and especially after the debacle of November 8th, stark terror set in and, thus far, we have been living in the grip of their panic. While the post-election antics can be described as backlash, one could describe the attacks on Trump, his followers, and ordinary, decent Americans as "front lash" consisting of skewing polls, false reporting (forerunner of FAKE NEWS), and the general sewing of disinformation.

Here Styx correctly takes down Kirsten Powers' deranged insistence on folks trading their anonymity for credibility in the eyes of..whom, Exactly? CNN?

Bullshit!

They tracked down that errant Reddit author of the DJT body slamming the CNN logo and threatened him with doxxing if he didn't recant. While it may have been successful on the surface, does anyone believe this guy is truly remorseful? By extension, do these fools and their leash-holders in the parent companies or the government or other powerful entities in this world believe that, by obtaining the identities of perpetrators of this mischief and forcing them at sword point to change their opinions, that will change the underlying reality?

Oh really?

Maybe this is how you account for the skewed polls or those in the Washington, DC poli-press bubble, remember? You call up Mr and Mrs John Smith and ask them if they will vote for Hillary or the Looney Tune Donald Trump and you either get a hang-up or some respondents nervously clear their throats and mumble a raspy "yes". So you collate your data and go to press saying that Hillary will win because she's up by 50 points in flyover country. Remember how we dodged this last year?


Also, remember how after the debates, the Drudge and other insta-polls had the favorable landslide for Trump? Some of the MSM even shut off their version of those polls because "they did not reflect reality".

..but November eighth did?

You better get your pretty little head out of your ass, Ms Powers, or that shit will ruin your new permanent.

Hand Job..

Trump goes to Poland, hits it out of the park, is enthusiastically greeted by the Polish people, graciously received by the President of Poland and his wife, gives a speech, then goes to the G20 and meets with Putin whereupon they agree to a cease fire in Syria. After that, he meets with with that immigrant-loving toad of a chancellor of Germany. Frau Merkel. He also meets with the President of Mexico and, during the interview, tells the press that Mexico will indeed pay for the wall while Nieto sits silently, nodding in agreement. In the mean time, the jobs report hits a more than expected 225,000 for the week. And what do the assholes over at CNN obsess about?

A Polish Joke..

The title to this post is very irreverent but in no way is meant to be disrespectful. Throughout history, the Polish nation and her people have been strong champions for freedom and enemies of totalitarian rule. Even when behind the Iron Curtain under the stifling rule of the Soviet Union, the people of Poland, Hungary, and Czechoslovakia chipped away at the communist domination of their countries. After years of chipping away at the gray walls of the Polish communist regime by virtue of organizing the workers of the Gdańsk Shipyard, Lech Wałęsa won the presidential election, defeating Prime Minister Mazowiecki and other candidates to become Poland's first freely-elected head of state in 63 years, and the first non-Communist head of state in 45 years. In 1993 he founded his own political party, the Nonpartisan Bloc for Support of Reforms (BBWR). During his presidency he dragged Poland out from under the Communist grip.

Turns out that Donald Trump is making a visit to Europe next week and his first stop will be Poland and, in honor of this, the Polish have released a very nice video viewable over at the Gateway Pundit post.


So, the Polish Joke to which I refer is how these sturdy Eastern Europeans have made fools of the tutu-wearing frotzing Nancy-boys of Western Europe (I am looking at you, Micron) by rejecting the onslaught of globalism and Islam in favor of Nationalism and Christianity. This is a chillingly stirring and powerful video.


To say that I am profoundly moved by this outpouring of feeling against those forces who seek to darken our lives is a gross understatement.

Catching up: where to start..

The Trump opposition -- mainly the media -- continues it's slide down the slimy sides of the porcelain bowl and into the blue-tinted water as the President with a deft flick of the wrist, flicks the handle and the CNN turds begin their laps around the bowl and, ultimately, their trip to the sewage treatment plant.

It has been such a dizzying ride with these assholes predictably vapor-locking on every tweet Trump puts out that it has been very difficult for one to catalog all of the umbrages they take. But one of my beloved idols sums it all up nicely, particularly the point that those nettlesome with the tweets (including Tucker) should pack it in and enjoy the ride.
